Salad with Beef and Apple Recipe
I'm in a hurry to share my favorite salad recipe! I prepare it for every holiday and for the New Year as well. Once I learned to cook a similar salad from a girl named Nadine, but then, after a few years, I changed it to my liking so much that I had to change the name. The salad turns out juicy, sweet-spicy, satisfying, and the dressing should be taken into account, it will suit any meat salads.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Beef boiled
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 4 pieces Gherkins
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Instructions
- Boiled and cooled beef to disassemble into fibers or cut with a knife, as convenient.
- Cut the onion into half rings and marinate for five minutes in apple cider vinegar.
- An apple can be peeled, but I had a soft skin, and I left it like this. Mix with the pickled onion, pre-squeezed.
- We will build a gas station. Just mix mayonnaise with sour cream, soy sauce and grate garlic and gherkins on a fine grater.
- The gas station is ready. There is no need to salt.
- Mix the meat, onion with apple and dressing.
- Serve to the table, decorated to your liking. I have gherkins and pickled grapes.
