Ingredients
- 180 gram Chicken (boiled)
- 180 gram Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Broth
- 180 gram Cheese feta
- 1 handful Olives
- 1 handful Rusks
- 0.5 teaspoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices, put it on a platter, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- On top - finely chopped bell pepper.
- Boiled chicken cut into small pieces, cheese cubes. Put the chicken and cheese on the vegetables.
- For the dressing-sauce, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, broth and crushed garlic. You can try to replace mayonnaise with sour cream.
- Garnish the salad with olives, put hot crispy croutons on top.
