Ingredients
Salad
- 50 gram Marinade cucumber
- 50 gram Ham
- 250 gram Potatoes
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
Dressing
- 20 gram Olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1.2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Parsley to taste
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt to taste
- The mixture of peppers to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in advance in a "uniform", cool, peel. Cut potatoes, pickles, pork and onions into small cubes in half rings.
- Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, crushed garlic, mustard seeds, mix. Finely chop parsley or other herbs and bell pepper.
- Add the parsley and pepper to the oil mixture and mix well, try.
- Put all the products in a deep salad bowl in turn and pour the dressing over them.
- Gently, with two spoons, lightly mix the salad on both sides.
- We put the salad on a serving dish, you can decorate it at your discretion.
