Salad with Persimmon and Blue Cheese Recipe
Salad with persimmon, tangerines and blue cheese. I like to cook out of the box. The combination of salty and sweet in a salad is respect. And when I saw this recipe, I was eager to embody it in my kitchen. The salad turned out to taste very interesting. Of course, this salad is not prepared with basins. When serving a snack, you need to understand gourmets. My husband and I enjoyed trying and eating this salad and decided to cook it again.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tangerine
- 0.5 pieces Persimmon
- Lettuce leaves
- 50 gram Soft cheese (with blue mold)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- The number of arbitrary ingredients here can be varied according to taste. I recommend taking cheese with blue mold.
- Peel the tangerine, preferably white films, then cut into slices. Also peel the persimmon and finely chop.
- Put the tangerine and persimmon on a plate for marinating the salad.
- Place the cheese slices on top.
- Mix butter, honey, mustard and pepper. You can add a little lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
