Salad with Trout Recipe
A great salad for a full dinner or lunch. Light due to vegetables and hearty due to trout and eggs. You can also add red onion and corn to this salad.

Instructions

Peel the fresh trout from the bones, fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Boil the eggs for 4 minutes in boiling water, peel them from the shell.
Put the washed arugula on a plate.
Next, lay out the chopped tomatoes and fish.
Drizzle with lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped dill.
