Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 20 gram Walnuts
- 20 gram Cranberries dried
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
Filling:
- 1 piece Egg white
- 50 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Potato starch
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Chop the nuts and dried cranberries.
- Mix softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolk. I was beating with a mixer at low speed.
- Continuing to beat, add the cottage cheese. My cottage cheese turns out smooth, without pronounced grains. If your cottage cheese has grains, then rub it through a sieve.
- Add the chopped nuts and cranberries, mix.
- Pour in the sifted flour in two or three steps, knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- For the filling, lightly whisk the protein, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the cottage cheese first, then the starch, mix.
- Grease the pan with butter. Roll small balls out of the dough, I turned out to be about like ping-pong balls. Spread on a baking sheet. In the center of each ball, make a recess, I did it with a potato masher. Put about 1 tsp of filling in the recess. I got 15 pieces.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Bon appetit!
