Simple Ramen with Spicy Chicken Recipe
Ramen is probably one of the few "first" dishes in China. This is a very simple man with a minimum of ingredients (the complexity is only in spices). Unsurprisingly, it later "evolved" into instant noodles. So, here it is: simple, fast and delicious.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Lemongrass
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Chilli
- 1,2 liters Broth or water
- 6 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 pieces Green onions
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 150 gram Noodles
Instructions
- Grate the lemongrass on a fine grater and sprinkle it over the chicken. Add salt, honey and pepper to the chicken. Set aside for a couple of minutes and cook the noodles.
- Fry the chicken over high heat until cooked (depends on the size of the fillet pieces). Cut into thin slices.
- Noodles at this time should also already be ready. Flip it into a colander.
- Pour the broth on plates and add soy sauce (for example, 3 tablespoons each) depending on the salinity of the broth. Place chicken slices on top and sprinkle with green onions.
- Ready.
