- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 250 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Dill to taste
For serve:
- 50 gram Cheese hard ideally, Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Pine nut
- Dill to taste
Instructions
- Prepare a classic homemade mayonnaise. I do this: I break the eggs into a high, not too wide container, for example, into the bowl of a combine. I do this carefully so that the yolks do not spread. We'll only need them. Add salt, sugar and mustard. And whisk the mixture until smooth. I do this with a whipping nozzle. Then I pour the oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat. When the sauce thickens, add the lemon juice and whisk the mayonnaise again. Add curry, pepper and dill. Mix it.

- Boil or bake the breast. Cubes.
- Chop the mushrooms and
- fry in butter until soft. Do not fry for a long time, this type of mushrooms is cooked quickly.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Add the sauce.
- Mix it.
- Prepare tartlets. It is better to start before serving, so that the dough does not soften.
- Fill the tartlets with salad. Garnish with grated cheese, chopped dill and roasted pine nuts.
