Soup with Rice and Smoked Meats Recipe
A hearty delicious soup will bring a pleasant variety to your daily menu! Very tasty hearty soup with a slight sourness!

Instructions
Add rice to the boiling broth (the cooking time of rice is 30-35 minutes).
While the rice is cooking, cut the onion into quarter rings, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Smoked meat (bacon and neck) cut into cubes.
Fry the onion and carrot lightly.
Add the smoked meat, fry for a couple of minutes, remove from heat.
Cut the gherkins and olives into rings.
In a saucepan with broth and rice, put the vegetables with smoked meats, gherkins and olives.
Boil for five minutes, turn off.
