Soy Burgers Recipe
Very tasty and healthy, hearty and light burgers made from soy minced meat. A great option for those who like soy meat, or for some reason do not eat animal meat. This is a basic recipe, you can add flaxseeds, dry mashed potatoes, pea or buckwheat flakes, vegetables, if desired. The main advantage of such burgers is a minimum of calories, maximum benefit.

Ingredients
- 30 gram Minced soy
- 8 gram Cream (soy)
- 15 gram Oat flakes
- 3 gram Flaxseed flour
- 100 gram Water
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Fiber (for breading)
Instructions
- Mix soy minced meat, cream, oat flakes, flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, pour warm boiled water. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
- From the resulting mass, form small burgers in the form of burgers. Roll each burger in fiber on all sides. For breading, I use wheat fiber, which gives the dish a delicious golden hue and a cereal flavor.
- Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Transfer the finished burgers to a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
- If desired, you can add various fillers to the dough to taste: flaxseeds; dry mashed potatoes; pea or buckwheat flakes.
