Soy Burgers Recipe
Very tasty and healthy, hearty and light minced soy cutlets. A great option for those who like soy meat or for some reason do not use animal meat. This is a basic recipe, you can add flax seeds, dry mashed potatoes, pea or buckwheat flakes, vegetables, if desired. The main advantage of these burgers is a minimum of calories, maximum benefit.

Ingredients
- 30 gram Mince soy
- 8 gram Soy milk
- 15 gram Oat flakes
- 3 gram Flour flaxseed
- 100 gram Water
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fiber for breading
Instructions
- Mix soy minced meat, cream, oat flakes, flaxseed flour, salt and spices in one container, pour warm boiled water. Stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
- From the resulting mass, form small cutlets in the form of cutlets. Roll each burger in fibers from all sides. For breading, I use wheat fiber, it gives the dish a delicious golden hue and grain flavor.
- Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Transfer the finished cutlets to a paper towel to remove excess oil. If desired, you can add various fillers to the dough to your liking: flax seeds; dry mashed potatoes; pea or buckwheat flakes. Enjoy your meal!
