Spicy Eggplant Rolls Recipe
These rolls taste good-spicy, with a fragrant cheese filling, they will be a great treat both on weekdays and on holidays.

Instructions
Wash the eggplant, dry it and cut it lengthwise into "tongues".
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, olive oil and balsamic cream passed through the press.
Use a brush to apply the marinade to the eggplant slices.
Bake them under the grill for 5-7 minutes, remove and cool.
Finely chopped walnuts, chopped herbs, crushed garlic and crumbled cheese mix until smooth-by hand or using a blender.
Stuff the eggplant or (spread over the entire length).
And roll the rolls (I roll the baked side out).
Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
