Sponge Cake with Pineapples and Mascarpone Recipe
A very delicate pie.. with a layer of canned pineapples, which makes it very fresh and fragrant.. And a layer of Mascarpone cream cheese, which makes it very tender))) how to cook mascarpone at home... I showed it.. that's the whole power, and a lot of it won't take long.. Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 tablespoons Starch
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 230 gram Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 jar Pineapple (canned)
- 100 ml Cream
- 250 gram Mascarpone
- 6 gram Gelatin
Instructions
- Knead the dough..Grind the yolks with sugar...Mix flour with cocoa and starch..Mix with the yolks..Whisk the whites separately.. and put them in the dough
- Visually divide the dough into three parts..Fill out the third part of the form (take a small form).. And bake three cakes
- Pineapples are passed through a meat grinder or combine.. mix with 80 grams of sugar...preheat over medium heat
- Add the cream... and cook over low heat... until the mass thickens .. Pre-soak the gelatin.. When the mass thickens..dissolve the gelatin in the cream..
- Mix the mascarpone with the remaining sugar...
- The form is covered with foil (I used the same form in which it was baked).. We put the first sponge cake in it..
- Pour pineapple cream
- Cake again...Then mascarpone cream.. and on top of the last cake ... cover with a film and put it in the cold for several hours.. until it freezes!!.. Decorate as desired...I just sprinkled with grated chocolate)
