- 4 pieces Bread
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Sausage
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1,5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1,5 tablespoons Butter
- 3 twigs Parsley
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients. Boil the egg hard-boiled, boil the sausages. The number of ingredients is conditional, depending on the number of sandwiches.
- Grate the egg together with the garlic. Add mayonnaise and a little turmeric for color.
- Grate the sausage, add the chopped chili and mayonnaise.
- Leave the butter at room temperature to soften. Finely chop the parsley leaves and mix with the butter. Add a little salt.
- Spread buckwheat bread with green butter.
- Grease the second loaf with egg mass and put it on the first loaf.
- The third loaf is greased with a mass of sausages and put on the second loaf.
- Cover with a fourth loaf. Lightly press down so that the fillings come into closer contact with the loaves. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave for a while to soak the loaves.
