Stuffed Peppers, Stewed in Yogurt Recipe
And again I return to my favorite dishes with stuffing. Do you remember eggplants, mushrooms, chickens, carp, squid and other stuffed pleasures? This time I made delicious stuffed peppers - fortunately, it's the season of cheap vegetables... try it!

Ingredients
- 500 gram Minced meat beef
- 1/2 glass Rice boiled
- 1-2 pieces Carrots
- 1-3 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 glass Yogurt
- 5-6 pieces Bulgarian peppers
- Vegetable oil
- Dill fresh
- Seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the filling for the peppers: mix all the ingredients.
- Stuff the peppers.
- Lay out the duck, pour yogurt + sunflower oil and put in the oven for 45 minutes (t-180*)
- They're ready... the smell is indescribable...
- I made pepper to garnish the salad: onion (blanched) + tomatoes + cheese + vegetable oil + dill.
