  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan, chop the onion finely.
  2. Fry the onion over high heat until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs with milk (I add a drop of salt, we must not forget about the degree of salinity of caviar and fish), reduce the heat in the pan.
  4. Pour the egg mixture to the onion in a frying pan and heat, stirring frequently, until soft.
  5. Cool the eggs to room temperature.
  6. Cut the fish into long strips.
  7. Place the omelet on a plate.
  8. Put the fish on it.
  9. Spread with eggs and serve.
  10. Ready!
