- 1 piece Cauliflower
- 2 pieces Turkey
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Cucumber (salty, small) to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Turkey in soy sauce while the cabbage is being boiled and the pickled onions are being prepared.
- Cut the onion into thin half-rings, put it in a jar, add the remaining ingredients, close the lid and shake several times.
- Separate the cauliflower from the leaves, pour water in a saucepan, add salt and cook until slightly softened (after boiling water - 2-3 minutes) Remove from the water and cut into steaks. I have 2 plump ones, we love cauliflower).
- On the grill grill on moderately hot coals, fry the cabbage.
- Together or separately, it doesn't matter, just roast the Turkey. All this is fried quickly, no more than 10 minutes. Cut the finished Turkey into strips.
- Fold the "Burger" - cabbage, chopped meat on it, onions and herbs on top. Serve with your favorite sauce or without, as you like.
