  1. Add garlic through a press, chopped herbs, spices and salt to taste and mix.
  2. Cut and prepare the cheese, tomato, onion and bacon.
  3. Cut a small baguette into 4 parts.
  4. Take a piece of baguette, spread it with minced meat, like pate with a fork.
  5. Put the cheese, tomato and onion on the minced meat. Wrap the sandwich in bacon.
  6. Form the rest of the sandwiches in the same way.
  7. Fry on a grill rack, over moderately hot coals, turning until the bacon crunches.
  8. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
