Ingredients
- 700 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 130 gram Arugula
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 70 ml Olive oil
- 10 gram Mustard
- 1/4 pieces Lemon
- Mixture of peppers (5 peppers - 0.5 tsp, lemon pepper - 0.5 tsp.)
- 0.25 teaspoons The mixture of pepper
- 0.25 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- 100 ml Cream
- Spice mix (French herbs: rosemary, thyme, savory, Basil, tarragon)
- Salt (sea, to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the turkey fillet into cubes, add a mixture of 5 peppers, lemon pepper, cayenne chili pepper, sea salt, French herbs, olive oil, mix and leave for 10-20 minutes. While the turkey is marinating, wash the arugula and cherry.
- Preheat a frying pan, put the turkey on it, fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown, add cream, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes until the cream evaporates.
- Cut arugula with scissors, cherry in half; mix for dressing: olive oil, Dijon mustard and juice of 1/4 lemon. Mix arugula, cherry and dressing, add salt to taste.
- Ready.
