Turkey with String Beans Recipe
I offer a wonderful snack-a salad of turkey meat with string beans. It is prepared very quickly, it will please you with a delicate taste. The dish is moderately spicy and does not require a side dish. You can use any meat that you like — beef, pork, chicken.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 150 gram String bean
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Starch
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Spices
- 50 ml Dry white wine
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 twigs Parsley
Instructions
- Wash the string beans, cut into several parts, boil in salted water until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then discard the beans in a colander.
- Cut the turkey fillet into small strips, add a little salt, red pepper, spices for the chicken, pour in the soy sauce, mix, leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Add starch.
- Mix.
- In a cauldron or deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, lower the meat into boiling oil, lightly fry, add garlic, fry briefly, pour in white wine. Evaporate completely.
- Put the meat on the beans, mix, check for salt. Season with black pepper, chop the parsley and add to the salad. You can add vinegar, but this is optional.
