Instructions
Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Boil the quail eggs, peel and cut into 4 pieces.
Finely chop the greens and green onions.
To prepare the dressing. Add freshly ground allspice, juice and lemon zest to the sour cream. Mix it.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and add salt to taste.
Season the salad before serving.
