  1. Cut the Chicnese cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Cucumbers cut into strips.
  3. Peppers are cleaned and cut into strips as well.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the salad, add canned corn, chopped coriander and green onions.
  5. Add the ground mixture of peppers and mayonnaise (just a little to bind the components of the salad). Stir.
  6. Like all mayonnaise salads, serve chilled. When serving, sprinkle with pine nuts fried in a dry pan.
