Ingredients
For Salad
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Avocado
- 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 100 gram Cheese feta
- 100 gram Olives
For Dressing
- 250 gram Yogurt
- 3 teaspoons Honey
- 0.5 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
Instructions
- Salad products. Tear the iceberg lettuce leaves into large pieces, fry the nuts in the microwave.
- I prepared a salad dressing by adding honey, lemon juice, mustard and salt to homemade yogurt (you can use any natural one without filler) (I do not advise adding a full portion of the declared ingredients), carefully whipped everything with a fork.
- I let it brew while I was doing the salad base. Then adjust the taste, add more lemon juice and a tablespoon of lemon zest.
- Cut tomatoes into quarters, olives into rings.
- Avocado and feta (this cheese is perfect for this salad) cut into short plates 2-3 cm long.
- Cut the nuts quite large.
- Put the lettuce leaves on the dish, on top of everything else.
- Then pour the dressing, sprinkle with nuts and decorate with lemon slices. The salad is ready.
