Warm Salad in Omelet Recipe
In the summer I try to pamper my family with different salads. One of our favorite salads is an omelet with fried vegetables, mushrooms and delicious chicken. This salad is self-sufficient by itself, and you can even have a hearty lunch.

Ingredients
For Salad
- 70 gram Zucchini
- 50 gram Champignons
- 60 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 70 gram Chicken breast
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Green Onion
- 40 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut mushrooms into slices, bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips, sprinkle with soy sauce and fry until tender.
- I'm making an omelet. Mix eggs, milk and soy sauce. Bake the omelet in a greased frying pan until cooked.
- Put the chopped tomatoes on the finished omelet.
- Then fried vegetables and boiled chicken breast.
- Sprinkle with green onions and grated cheese. Cover the top half of the omelet, garnish with herbs and serve.
