Warm Salad in Omelet Recipe
In the summer I try to pamper my family with different salads. One of our favorite salads is an omelet salad with fried vegetables, champignons and delicious chicken. This salad is self-sufficient in itself and you can even have a hearty lunch.

Instructions
  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips, sprinkle with soy sauce and fry until tender.
