Pre-defrost the string beans (I have frozen). Put it in a bowl, add finely chopped pepper. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
Add soy sauce.
Then add olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well.
Put in a closed form and cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 15-20 minutes. Then put the beans and pepper in a salad bowl, add cherry tomatoes cut into two halves and quail eggs, also cut into halves.
The finished salad can be served to the table. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with nuts, I have cedar.
