Salad "Bottom of the Sea" Recipe
Delicious and beautiful, light and hearty - the most suitable salad in the New Year's menu. Mixed with caviar, it is almost unrecognizable, but it goes very well with fish.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Trout (lightly salted)
- 30 gram Pink salmon
- 30 gram Crab sticks
- 3 tablespoons Couscous
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1/2 pieces Onion red
- 3 teaspoons Caviar red
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 1 piece Egg yolk boiled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
