Zucchini (I had zucchini) grate on a coarse grater and add salt. Let it brew a little and strain.
Finely chop onion (preferably red, but not necessarily) and bell pepper.
Minced meat (I had minced turkey), season with salt, pepper, add garlic and mix.
Zucchini, bell pepper, onion and minced meat mix. Add the dill and eggs, mix again.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil, lay out our casserole. Grease the top with sour cream.
