Zucchini with Cottage Cheese Recipe
I love zucchini and sometimes experiment with them. And somehow I came up with this method of cooking zucchini. It seemed to me that it turned out delicious, and I cooked the second time just as well and brought it to work, which the girls would appreciate, everyone really liked it. They even asked for a recipe. And so I decided to post a recipe, in case someone likes it.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 300 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Suluguni cheese
- 40 gram Greens dill, parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspooon Seasoning (Italian herbs)
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into rings, add seasoning Italian herbs, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt. Mix everything, set aside for a while and proceed to the filling.
- We put the cottage cheese in a convenient bowl, add cheese, cut the greens, add eggs, add a little salt and add a little seasoning to the grass peaches.
