Apple-Plum Muffins on Rice Flour Recipe
On long autumn evenings, I just want to drink a cup of tea with something sweet and delicious). For my household, I decided to bake apple muffins, with the addition of plums and berries - they turned out very fragrant, soft and sooo delicious cupcakes! And these muffins on oat milk are solid benefits and no remorse about the cake eaten over a cup of tea!

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 60 ml Milk I have oatmeal
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Apple
- 240 gram Rice flour
- 8 gram Baking powder
- 5 pieces Plums
- Berries any, I have red currants from freezing, to taste
Instructions
- Put eggs and sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk until a fluffy foam forms.
- Add milk (I have berry oatmeal) and vegetable oil.
- Once again, whisk everything thoroughly.
- To grate the washed apple in a bowl, I grated it together with the peel.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Knead the dough well.
- Prepare the muffin molds - I have silicone ones, they are lined with paper cuffs - and put the dough on 2/3. Put the halves of plums cut in half on the dough (prepare the plums in advance). In medium-sized molds, put the plums in the middle of the dough,
- Then he closed them.
- For 2 cupcakes, for a change, put on top of a / m of red currant, without defrosting it. We put our muffins in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
- That's how rosy they turn out. Allow to cool slightly and remove from the molds.
