Instructions
- We'll need spinach juice. I took the frozen ones, defrosted 5 cubes, squeezed through cheesecloth, added 2 tsp of cake (spinach). I think you can just whisk it in a blender. Tomato juice. I took 100 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Only 110 ml. Beet juice. I missed 3 small beets in the juicer. Water.
- Put 1 tablespoon of sugar and 10 grams of butter in each glass. fresh or 3/4 tsp dry yeast. To interfere.
- Now let's do the test: 1 cup flour (150-200 g) + water (hereinafter juice) with sugar and yeast + 3/4 tsp salt + 0.5 tbsp oil. If there is a bread maker, knead it, if not, then hands are not a problem. Then the same thing, just pour different liquids. !!! Please note that the flour is different for everyone: different humidity, gluten content, etc. Therefore, add water if the bun is firm, or flour if the bun is not formed!!!
- We will cover it with cling film and put it on proofing.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the mold - brush with oil, sprinkle with flour. I have a cast-iron frying pan with high edges, I think a duckling would be great.
- In 40 minutes, the dough has increased by 2 times. Then we start making our bread.
- Roll out the sausages-you can grease your hands with oil or sprinkle the table with flour. We put it in a spiral shape.
- Just like this.
- My end result is this.
- Cover with a deep cup or saucepan in size or larger (so that the dough does not dry out). And we leave it in a warm place to rise.
- While the bread is rising, preheat the oven to 230 degrees. In this state, the bread went to cooking.
- In 40-1 minutes the bread is ready! We take out our handsome, put it on the grill, close it with a napkin and leave it to cool.
- And now the most exciting moment (drum roll). Cut and enjoy both the color and the smell and taste!
