- 5 gram Seasoning
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Tomato
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Breadcrumbs
- 150 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash the chicken thigh fillet pieces and be sure to dry them with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and a spicy mixture with garlic. Leave the fillets to marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Then dip the chicken thigh fillets in egg and breadcrumbs and lightly fry on both sides in a frying pan. You can fry in vegetable oil.
