Filling
- 400 gram Spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 250 gram Curd cheese
- 200 ml Cream (30%)
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 0.5 teaspoons Nutmeg
- Allspice (to taste)
- 1 piece Egg
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk, add starch, flour and mix until a batter is obtained. Add salt and sugar. Fry thin pancakes in sunflower oil. You can make pancakes according to your favorite recipe.
- Pour the spinach into a frying pan with a spoonful of water and, stirring, heat it up to a "wilted" state.
- Then cut the spinach mass into pieces and add finely chopped garlic to it.
- Mix cottage cheese with egg, spinach and garlic, salt and pepper with black pepper to taste.
- Grease each pancake with filling.
- Twist the pancake into a roll, cut off the rounded edges from the sides. Cut the pancake into three parts.
- Place the pancakes in a baking dish, pressing them tightly together.
- Mix cream with cheese, grated on a fine grater, add nutmeg.
- Pour cream over the pancakes. Place the mold in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Ready-made pancakes look very elegant and appetizing!
