Banana Cake with Walnuts Recipe
I suggest you cook a very delicious cupcake from the simplest products. It is prepared quickly, there is no need to beat anything for a long time, the dough is kneaded in a couple of minutes, and the result is a delicate, fragrant dessert for tea.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 pieces Banana
- 100 ml Vegetable oil or 80 grams
- 100 gram Nuts in the dough -70 gr, for decoration-30 gr
- 30 gram Candied fruits for decoration
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder with a slide
- 70 gram Dark chocolate in the dough-40 g, in the glaze-30 g
- 30 gram Cream (20%) for glaze
Instructions
- Whisk the sugar with the eggs.
- Mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add banana puree and vegetable oil to the whipped mass.
- Chop the walnuts, but not too finely. Cut the chocolate into pieces, I had chocolate drops, I broke them with my hands.
- Sift the flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
- Add the nuts and chocolate to the dough and mix with a spoon.
- Pour the dough into a 23 x 12 cm mold.
- Bake in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 50 minutes.
- For the glaze, heat the cream, add the chocolate and mix well.
- Pour icing over the cake and decorate with candied fruits and nuts.
