Bananas in Batter from a Multi-Baker Recipe
Bananas in batter are an unusual, tender and at the same time very tasty dessert. The creamy texture of banana pulp in a delicate vanilla dough is a very original combination. Cooking in a slow cooker does not require much time, and the result will please many.

Ingredients
- 460 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 20 gram Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 30 gram Butter
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 pieces Banana
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients. In a bowl, mix the soft cottage cheese and egg and whisk with a blender.
- Continuing to beat, add sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
- Add the butter.
- Then add the flour. Whisk with a blender. The dough should look like thick sour cream.
- Cut the bananas into rings.
- Turn on the slow cooker. As soon as the green indicator lights up, you can bake. The coating of the panels is non-stick, there is nothing to lubricate them with.
- Dip the banana into the dough.
- Put it on the multicooker panel. Close the baking dish and bake for 6-7 minutes. If you bake in a frying pan, then bake on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Open the lid of the slow cooker. Transfer the finished battered bananas to a plate.
