Ingredients
Salad
- 150 gram Beans canned
- 60 gram Lettuce leaves
- 80 gram Cucumber
- 30 gram Bulgarian pepper
- Allspice (to taste)
- Red hot pepper (to taste)
- 1 twig Basil
Dressing
- 1/4 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Cream
- 1/2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oils
- 1 teaspoons Greenery
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the canned beans and rinse with cold water, strain the remaining water through a sieve. Put the beans, lettuce leaves in a bowl, add fresh cucumber. I cut it into small pieces. Add red bell pepper.
- Add a little salt. Add black and red pepper. Chop the basil leaves.
- For the filling, mix mustard, cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil.
- Add the chopped herbs and mix well. Season the salad. Check if there is no salt.
