Instructions
- Potatoes are cleaned, washed and divided into such slices, preferably of the same size.
- We make a mixture of spices, I took dried rosemary, black pepper, paprika and salt, mix everything.
- Pour vegetable oil into the potatoes and mix everything together.
- Next, I put the spices and mix everything.
- And I put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, be guided by your oven.
- Make the sauce, put the chopped dill, finely chopped pickles, chopped garlic in the mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise and mix everything. The sauce is ready!
