Brownies with Tender Filling Recipe
Today I decided to share a delicious brownie recipe with a delicate filling that tastes like cheesecake. I decided to cook them in a miniature form for cupcakes, they turned out so charming, and, most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients
- 225 gram Butter
- 225 gram Cream cheese
- 1/2 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Coffee instant
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 glass Dark chocolate
- 3/4 glass Cocoa powder
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
Instructions
- Mix eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, coffee and vanilla - mix until smooth.
- Combine the chocolate with butter and melt, let cool. Add the sugar-chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- Add flour and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Our dough.
- For the filling, mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar - whisk until smooth.
- Lubricate the mold with oil. I have a mold for miniature cupcakes.
- Put 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough on the bottom of the mold, then the white filling, and 1 tsp of chocolate dough on top. I added too much dough, and it turned out with a hat.
- Place in the oven for 12 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C. let them cool for 10 minutes in the mold, then let them cool completely on the grill.
- We ate them warm and cold - sweets.
