Therefore, we will cook chicken with vegetables immediately with a side dish on the same frying pan or baking sheet with high sides. So to speak, two in one. And it turns out very tasty. Come visit!

Ingredients
- 3 packs Buckwheat
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion

Instructions
- Chicken fillet cut into strips or cubes, not large.
- In a large frying pan with high sides, a saucepan with a thick bottom or a cauldron, heat the vegetable oil, then chop the onion with garlic and grated carrots for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken fillet, tomatoes and mushrooms, chopped randomly.
- Add green onions, dry basil, salt, pepper.
- Pour 1 liter of hot water, bring to a boil.
- Side dish - buckwheat bags.
- Put the bags in a frying pan with chicken and vegetables.
- Immerse the sachets in the liquid. Cook for 20 minutes, as indicated on the package of buckwheat.
- View of the dish in 20 minutes. Buckwheat porridge has absorbed the taste of chicken and vegetables.
- Carefully cut the bag and put the buckwheat on a plate, as well as the chicken with vegetables and gravy. Enjoy your meal!
