Buckwheat with Chicken and Cheese Recipe

- 120 gram Chicken smoked
- 1 pack Buckwheat
- 1 piece Onion
- 125 gram Sour cream
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
- Pre-boil a bag or two of buckwheat for 20 minutes. Cut the onion into half rings.
- Fry in olive oil.
- Peel any part of the smoked chicken from the bones and skin.
