Burgers made from Salmon and Quinoa Recipe
Perfectly healthy food - salmon, quinoa, broccoli and greens - contains omega-3 and high-grade protein, very easy to prepare. A delicious, light and at the same time satisfying dish, decorate the grapefruit salad with mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 350 gram Salmon
- 100 gram Broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Pesto
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 150 gram Quinoa
- 1 piece Grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Pour the washed quinoa into a saucepan, pour 300 ml of cold water, bring to a boil and cook under a lid on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the quinoa absorbs all the water, cool.
- Chop 200 g of salmon in a blender together with broccoli, quinoa, egg, salt, pepper and pesto.
- Cut the remaining salmon into small cubes and add to the minced meat, mix well.
- Fry the cutlets in a greased olive oil grill pan on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Whisk 2 tablespoons of olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper, add mustard and mix. Serve the cutlets on lettuce leaves with grapefruit, which pour the sauce over.
