Cabbage Soup with Sausage Recipe
I really like this version of solyanka, it is much tastier than in the student cafeteria. A spicy, fragrant, satisfying and delicious dish. If you do not like sausages, then you can cook with mushrooms, it will also turn out delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Cabbage
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 gram Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Red hot pepper
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 5 pieces Black pepper (pea)
- 3 pieces Carnation
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- 400 ml Water
- 1 piece Celery root
Instructions
- Cut the sausages into slices. In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil, fry the sausages until golden brown. Finely chop the onion, add to the sausage, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finely chop the celery, grate the carrots or cut into strips. Add to the pan, cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to them, add all the spices.
- Add tomato paste, mix well.
- Chop the cabbage into strips. Put in a saucepan, stir, add water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
