Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 25 ml Olive oil
- Sugar to taste
- 150-160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Lemon zest to taste
Filling:
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 175 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Salt to taste
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 20 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Sugar powder
Instructions
- Mix egg, olive oil, sugar and lemon zest. Sift the flour. Knead a soft elastic dough. Pack and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix it. Add 1 egg yolk. Mix it. Separately, whisk the protein with a pinch of salt into a persistent foam. Add to the curd mass. Mix gently.
- Sift 20 g of flour on the table. Roll out the dough into a rectangle of 20x30 cm. Cut it into 6 10x10 squares.
- Grease the baking pans with vegetable oil. Put the dough pieces into the mold. Distribute the cream into the cells with the dough. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
