Ingredients
- 1 piece Avocado
- 200 garm Bryndza Cheese
- 1 piece Onion red
- 3 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 pieces Lemon (juice)
- Oregano
- Sunflower oil to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sesame
Instructions
- Chop the onion, squeeze out the lemon juice, add soy sauce, oregano. We leave it to marinate in a separate bowl. Chop the remaining ingredients: tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, cheese, parsley. Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces. We transfer the pickled onion to the salad bowl.
- We fill the salad with sunflower oil. Mix it up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
