Casserole of Bread and Minced Meat with Sour Cream Filling Recipe
Every housewife knows how quickly hot meatballs fly away, yes, right from the frying pan, just toasted, ruddy, fragrant... I know for sure: I pick it up and take it out, without waiting for the side dish and salad. All this ruddy beauty - on bread and in the mouth!.. But if you don't have much meat, but the family needs to eat! I suggest you try a very economical option from German housewives in the form of casseroles.

Ingredients
- 100-200 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 200 gram Bread (rye)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Onion or leeks
- 300 gram Minced meat any, I have-mixed
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- Salt, pepper
- Sweet paprika (ground)
Instructions
- In a frying pan, fry the minced meat in a small amount of fat until golden brown. (You can add mushrooms-optional!)
- Add the onion or leek. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
- Cut rye bread into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic pieces. Fry the bread on both sides. Put it on a kitchen towel and let the fat drain. Repeat several times.
- Sour cream filling: mix thick sour cream (fresh cream) with egg.
- Add 1/2 of the grated cheese.
- Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the fried fragrant bread on the bottom of the mold, add a little fresh chopped parsley (if any).
- On top - ruddy minced meat. Pour a little fill.
- Alternate again: bread + parsley.
- Pour again. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 180 * C oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Enjoy your meal!
