Cauliflower Salad Recipe
A light and delicious salad for cauliflower lovers. Very tasty salad.

Instructions
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Put the cabbage in a colander and pour cold water over it.
Coarsely chop the cabbage, leave the small inflorescences intact. Squeeze out the crushed garlic.
Slice tomatoes and parsley.

Add salt to taste, pour in the yogurt and mix. Let it brew for about an hour.
