Chicken Fritters with Garlic Arrows Recipe
You can also call them chicken cutlets. But I like chicken fritters better. I cook them with the addition of green arrows of garlic and canned corn. Garlic arrows give the dish an incredible flavor, and corn makes pancakes colorful. It turns out a delicious and simple dinner.

Cook Time 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 gram Chicken fillet
- 100 gram Garlic arrows I have frozen
- 100 gram Corn (canned)
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Paprika sweet ground
- 1 pinch Black pepper ground
Instructions
- I will fry chicken fritters in classic sunflower oil. For cooking, I take frozen garlic arrows. Ideally, they should be fresh. But also with frozen it turns out very tasty.
- In the bowl of the blender, I put the chicken fillet, cutting it into large pieces. Add the peeled onion, also cutting it into pieces for convenience. I grind to a homogeneous state (the state of the cutlet mass).
- I put the chicken fillet with onions in a deep bowl. I add canned corn (I drain the water from it). Garlic arrows finely cut and also add to the bowl. I break eggs into a bowl. I add all the spices.
- I mix all the products well in a bowl. It turns out a fairly dense mass.
- I put the pan on the fire and warm it up. I pour in sunflower oil. Spoon the chicken mass into the pan and form flat pancakes.
- Fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Chicken fritters with garlic arrows and corn are ready. You can serve them both hot and cold.
- Bon Appetit!
