Chicken Liver Terrine with Bacon Recipe
Delicious chicken liver terrine. This is a wonderful cold snack. It is suitable both for a festive table and for every day.

Instructions
Remove the film from the liver, remove the skin from the thighs, cut out the bone.
Chop the liver, thighs and onions
until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste,
add garlic, cream and brandy.
