Chicken Salad Recipe
A very tasty and healthy salad that is perfect for a full dinner (if you keep fit) or as an addition to a main course. The salad does not contain mayonnaise, and a spicy sauce based on natural yogurt is used as a dressing. This salad is also suitable for a festive table.

Ingredients
- 250 gram Cabbage
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 200 gram Chicken fillet boiled
- 4 pieces Quail egg
- 5 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, chop the bell peppers and cucumbers into strips and put them in a salad bowl. For the sauce, combine natural yoghurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and garlic. Season the salad with the sauce. decorate with quail eggs on top and sprinkle with dill.
