Ingredients
For baking chicken thigh fillet:
- 800 gram Chicken thigh Chicken thigh fillet without skin and bone
- 2 tablespoons Orange zest
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
For baking potatoes:
- 6 pieces Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons vegetabe oil
- Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- A simple and home-made delicious dish of potatoes and chicken thigh fillet.
- Prepare a spicy mixture for baking: In a bowl, add garlic (3 teeth) passed through a garlic press, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, add 1 teaspoon with a hill of sweet paprika. Mix the mixture.
- In a bowl with the chicken thigh fillet, add the spicy mixture, then add 3 tablespoons with a mound of mayonnaise for baking. Cover the chicken pieces with a spicy mixture and mayonnaise.
- Then add 2 tablespoons of orange zest. Stir the fillets, spreading the orange zest evenly.
- In a baking dish, put the prepared chicken meat and send it to the oven preheated to 180-190C. Bake the dish until tender. Next, turn on the grill and brown the chicken pieces on the grill (optional).
- Cut the potatoes into large pieces, add vegetable oil (4 tablespoons), add garlic powder (2 teaspoons), cumin (1 teaspoon), salt to taste, if desired, you can add a special mixture of spices for baking potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in a separate pan and bake in the oven until tender.
